Governors' Statement: This is an annual statement written by the Chair of Governors every September for parents and carers. It outlines how the Governing Body has fulfilled its responsibilities and how it has met the three core strategic functions of the School’s Governing Body as set out by Government.
Home School Agreement 2019: The HSA is about our commitments to parents, carers and children. It also makes the commitments we expect from the aforementioned clear.
KS2 Results 2019: How the school performed in the National Test of 2018. This includes comparative data - Guillemont comapred to Hampshire and National score.
Mission Statement: This reflects reflects what we belive to be our purpose as a school.
Ofsted Report May 2015: This is the current full inspection report.
Resource Provision (SLCN); The school has a Resourced Provision for children with Speech Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). All children in the unit have an EHCP and are placed in the unit by the Local Authority.
PE Premium: This is information about the funds allocated to the school, what they have been spent on and the impact the PE Premium has had.
Performance Data: This is about how the school has performed in National Tests. There is a link that allows comaprisons between us and different schools.
Prospectus: This 40 page document gives a lot of informeation about the school and its operationa. There is a hyperlinked contents page at the beginning of the document for quick reference. The prospectus for 2019-2020 will be updated in September 2019.
Pupil Premium: This gives information about the Pupil Premium funding that the school receives and the impact of this additional funding.
School Aims: This is what our school is about.
School Improvement Plan (called the SIP): This is about how we intend to devlop the school over the next academic year, how we intensd to do it and who is responsible.
SEND Information Report: This is what we are able to offer (provision) children with Special Educational Needs. All school need to make public this information in the form of a 'SEND Information Report'.
Site Map and Floor Plan: This shows the layout of the school for September 2018. The rooms are not numbers and classrooms are named after the initials of the teacher eg Class MP Yr5 (Mr Matt Phillips).

Staff List: Curent list of staff that work at the school and their responsibilities (2019/20). This is updated at the beginning of each term..
Strategic Direction of the School:The Headteacher and Governors have produced a longer-term plan for the school's future (Strategic Direction and Strategic Plan) based on the school's vision.
Support for Familes: Hampshire County Council have a very useful website that contains a directory to search for services and organisations that can support famalies with a variety of issues and problems. For example: organisations that offer support to families with an autistic child.
Term Dates: Self explanatory. There is also a link to the school calendar dates issued by Hampshire County Council. Academies may have different term times as they can set their own.
Vision Statement: This is where would like children at Guillemont to be in the future. Both our mission and vision statements are based on our core values. These are also stated on these documents.
