Started at Guillemont : I started teaching at Guillemont in September 2006 after teaching abroad for a couple of years.
College or University attended : Manchester Metropolitan University.
Qualifications : BA (Hons) Social Science, PGCE.
Teaching current age group : I am teaching a Year 3 and Year 4 class of children which I really enjoy.
Curriculum responsibilities : I am the coordinator for Maths and Assessment. I am also very interested in Sport and run a tag rugby club at Guillemont.
PTA or Governing Body involvement : I am a school Governor.
Personal details : After graduating I taught English as a Foreign Language in Japan for 2 years. After returning to the UK, I worked in financial PR for several years before starting my PGCE. I enjoy going to the gym, rock climbing, rugby and travelling to adventurous places!
